It is delicious when boiled, baked, roasted or fried. For our pekere to be crunchy, sweet and savoury, we carefully select fruit that is just reaching perfect ripeness. The crisps are shallow fried to a deep golden colour and sprinkled with a little salt or chilli flakes for a delicious, crunchy crisp.
