Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working* days. For more details please contact customer service. Orders received by 12.00pm shall be processed the same day whereas orders expected after 12.00pm shall be processed the following day. Delivery time of 3-4 working days shall be calculated from the order processing date. In rare cases delivery time possibly will exceed 1-2 working days.
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders regardless of the order value.
We currently offer 2 shipping options within United Kingdom:

Payment Options:
Customers who are cautious about entering their credit card details online can also leave their orders by calling our representatives at our phone number or they can also use our Fax order in Payment option.
We accept all major credit cards.
International Customers:
Customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. For orders placed from outside the United Kingdom, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
whatbritainbuys will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible for all such fees, duties and taxes that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.
We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept package or refuse to accept this extra (Custom & Duties) charges.
We do not offer 2nd day air or Next day air for international customers.
Order Confirmation & Updates:
You will receive email verification at each stage of the order process. As soon as you place the order with us, an email confirming receipt of your order will be emailed to you. Next you will receive an email update as soon as your order is shipped. We will further notify you should we encounter any delays in processing your order.
Please note that receipt of your order simply means that your order has been placed. whatbritainbuys reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
All orders placed by credit card are subject to address confirmation by our credit and fraud avoidance department, and this may delay the processing of your order. We will inform you by email of any such delays.
Orders placed by check or money order will be shipped after payment has been received. Customers will be informing by email once the payment has been received and the order is shipped.

International Customers:
- P.O Box address is not eligible for free shipping. Address must be Physical.
Note: Customer will get only one promotion for single checkout.
Non traceable international Policy :
- Order placed by non traceable service will be shipped via Hermes non traceable service only.
- We hereby declare that we do not take any responsibility for any damage, lost or any fees occur during the transportation.
- It will take at least 1 week to be delivered.
Note: Tracking is not available for Hermes Non traceable International service.
