Product Description These are a lot tastier than the average lentil, much easier and a whole load quicker to make. And they keep their shape and texture when cooked. They are really, really good. "Puy" refers to the part of South-Central France where these are grown. Ingredients Puy Lentils. Directions No need to pre-soak. Rinse lentils under running water then drain. Put the lentils in a saucepan and cover with 3 times their volume of water (try using vegetable stock, or half wine for extra flavour). Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes until the lentils are firm to the bite. Drain and serve.
