Organic Rice Flour Fusilli with Red Beetroot - Gluten Free - 250 g
The red flower bed powder gives the pasta a a beautiful colour.
A vegan and gluten-free organic gourmet pasta made from rice flour.

The special thing about the pasta is the artisan production method 'Trafilatura al bronzo'.
The carefully kneaded dough is pulled with pressure through traditional bronze casting moulds. The pasta gets a firmer structure and more importantly a rough surface.
So it can take the sauce better later.

In order to preserve valuable ingredients and the special aroma, after shaping it depends on a slow, gentle drying. The optimum temperature and a drying of almost a day are the perfect taste result.

Cooking time: 8-10 minutes

A family run from the heart of the Langhe in Piedmont. Preferably processed local and old cereals. All organic noodles are handcrafted and pressed by bronze moulds. This gives you a rougher surface on which the pasta sauces stick perfectly. After gentle drying, the approx. takes one day to preserve an optimal taste experience, pasta such as tajarin, taglioline or tagliatelle are packed by hand.
