Dark Chocolate Covered Gingerbread Hearts Lantern Tin 144g

Packed with chewy spiced gingerbread hearts swathed in chocolate, this tin has a surprise in store once you've scoffed the lovely contents (we've tasted them, and it won't take long!) - pop a tealight inside and the little cutouts in the sides will cast a lovely flickering light over your Christmas celebrations.

Made at Kopernik, the oldest confectionery factory in Poland, and packed in a sealed bag for freshness, each little heart of traditional Polish Torun gingerbread is made using a long-maturing, richly spiced dough, traditionally baked then covered with dark chocolate - perfect for accompanying a cup of tea, after-dinner coffee or even whisky, or just nibbling on their own.

Featuring a snowy city scene, the pretty tin has cutouts in place of some of its windows, a holder for a tealight at the bottom and a large round hole at the top so you can use it as a lantern - just make sure you place it on a heatproof mat or trivet if you add a normal rather than an LED tealight.
