Product Description Kikkoman less salt soy sauce contains 43% less salt than regular soy sauce. It is fermented using a special process which retains the unique flavours and aromas. It is a naturally brewed less salt soy sauce. It has no artificial colours or flavourings of any kind. Keep the bottle and re-fill when finished. Although there is less sodium in soy sauce, all the flavour and quality characteristics remain because it is aged before extracting the salt. However, to maintain this full flavour, we recommend using it during the latter stage of cooking in braising sauces, soups and stews, vegetables or stir-frys.
