De Cecco - De Cecco Capelli D'Angelo 209 Capelli d'angelo (angel hair), with a name recalling the extremely light consistency of this type of pasta. It is one of the most fine formats among the nest long pastas. Their thickness varies between 0.78 and 0.88mm. Even the name Capelli d'angelo recalls the typical thinness of this format which is suggested for the diet of children from 9 months onwards, for its ability to help the younger ones to get used to more grown up foods. Capelli d'angelo are a long pasta format suitable for broth based recipes for which it is broken unevenly.
